Do Not Call Policy
Saveology.com, LLC (“Saveology”) is committed to respecting the privacy of consumers and has adopted this DO NOT Call Policy in order to honor that commitment and to abide by the regulations regarding telemarketing that have been implemented by the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission, most notably those that establish the National “Do-Not-Call" Registry (the “Registry”), namely the Telephone Consumer Protection Action (TCPA) and the Telephone Sales Rule (TSR). Saveology has implemented this DO NOT CALL POLICY in order to ensure that its employees and agents abide by the applicable provisions of the TCPA and the TSR.
- Telemarketing calls can only be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (local time at the called party’s location). All Telephone Sales Representatives must be familiar with applicable State Law Requirements as some states have more restrictive requirements.
- Removal Requests. Consumers may request to be placed on Saveology’s DO NOT CALL List by phone , email (DONOTCALL@Saveology .com), or by US Mail to: Do Not Call Compliance Manager, Savelology.com, LLC, 3303 W. Commercial Blvd., 2nd Floor, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309. When making a request, please be sure to include your name and the telephone numbers that you wish to be added to the DO NOT CALL List. The requested telephone numbers will be add to the List promptly upon receipt. Consumers who are contacted by a Saveology Telephone Sales Representative or receive a prerecorded message from Saveology may request to be added to Saveology’s DO NOT CALL LIST at any time during the call. The call will immediately terminate and the consumer’s phone number will be automatically added to the DO NOT CALL LIST. If your information changes and you wish to remain on the DO NOT CALL List, you must notify us of the changes in the manner specified above. You will remain on Saveology’s DO NOT CALL list for five years from the date your request is made unless you notify us that you wish to be removed from the List.
- If you purchase goods or services from Saveology, you may be contacted by Saveology even if you are on a state or the National Do Not Call List. If you do not wish to be contacted by Saveology, please follow the procedure listed in paragraph 2 above. The same may be true if you are on the Saveology DO NOT CALL List and you subsequently purchase goods or services from Saveology. In order to be removed from the list you must follow the steps listed in paragraph 2 above.
- Please note that being on the Saveology DO NOT CALL List only prohibits telephone solicitations, you may still be contacted by Saveology for service-related issues, surveys and other related purposes.
- The State and National Do Not Call and Do Not Email Lists. We subscribe to a state-of-the-art commercially available service in order to ensure compliance with the requirement under the TSR that we update our DO NOT CALL List at least every thirty-one days.
- Staff Training. It is our policy to ensure that all Telephone Sales Representatives receive adequate training in our DO NOT CALL Policy and related TCPA and TSR regulations.
